A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, the card on file will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. This policy helps us compensate our service providers for their reserved time and allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another guest.
